I had the best service experience of my life with very friendly staff and good food. The rooms were neat and clean, located at the basement, and had excellent mattresses that were well cleaned and maintained. I even suggested this hotel to my relatives and friends.

The location was a bit off and next to a poor neighborhood with street dogs causing noise every evening after sundown. However, it was near to Munnar town and very close to the bus stand, making most of my stay happy and pleasant.
